This policy summarizes our refund terms. The binding refund and cancellation provisions for each service are set forth in the Practice Assessment Terms and Conditions, Consulting Services Agreement, or Statement of Work applicable to that service.
Elevate Endo offers services in a structured progression:
Each service is governed by different purchase and refund terms as outlined below.
The Practice Assessment is the only service available for direct purchase through our website without prior consultation.
Refund Policy:
After 24 hours from the time of purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.
The 1-on-1 Workshop is a customized consulting service offered after completion of the Practice Assessment. This service is not purchased directly through the website and requires direct engagement with Elevate Endo.
All terms related to payment, scheduling, cancellation, and refunds will be outlined in a separate written agreement provided prior to engagement.
The Acceleration Program is an ongoing or extended engagement offered following the 1-on-1 Workshop. This service is also not available for direct website purchase and is governed by a separate written agreement. All applicable terms, including fees, cancellation, and refund policies, will be defined in that agreement.
Refund or cancellation terms for one service do not apply to any other service unless explicitly stated in writing.
Approved refunds for Practice Assessments will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
