This is not a general advice session. There's no fluff. This is a high focused, tactically driven workshop to merge our systematic profitability paradigm with your practice. Day one will consist of Dr. Carruth observing a normal workday in your office. Day two will consist of a 1-on-1 meeting with Dr. Carruth. You will cover in detail your practice assessment as it relates to our profitability paradigm and our 9 levers of profitability. Additionally, Dr. Carruth will incorporate a detailed data analysis of your local market. The goal is for you to have actionable insights you can implement immediately.
If you are an owner/partner, practicing for at least 5 years, producing $800k+, and quality focused then we can help!
The practice assessment is the first step before a 1-on-1 onsite workshop engagement. You'll complete a detailed intake form to help us understand your practice more deeply. From there, we'll study your practice performance, identify constraints and opportunities using our profitability framework, and analyze your referral market. Because we take this assessment seriously, it generally takes about 3–4 weeks to complete. After reviewing your submission, we may reach out if we need additional information to gain a more holistic understanding of your practice. Once complete, we'll schedule a video call with Dr. Carruth to review highlights of his findings and discuss how our 1-on-1 workshop could meaningfully impact your practice.
The profitability assessment is $9,000 per practice location. It is a pre-requisite before a 1-on-1 to ensure an on site workshop is the right next step
After signing up, it takes approximately 3-4 weeks for market research, data analysis, and optimization modeling to be completed. Once the assessment is complete we will contact you to schedule your video call with Dr. Carruth.
The workshop is structured with the goal of more than paying for itself. We limit this to approximately 10 practices per year and only proceed when our preliminary modeling from the initial assessment phase suggests a meaningful multiple of the fee in potential first-year impact. This analysis is based on real-world assumptions but is not a guarantee—actual results will vary depending on execution, case mix, payer mix, collections, staffing, and local market factors. We charge a one-time upfront fee. You retain all ongoing upside from any improvements implemented.
For doctors who have completed the 1-on-1 workshop we offer Acceleration which is a package of three 1-hour virtual consulting calls for any follow up around implementation. You will move faster if you have someone who can give you feedback in place of uncertainty which will increase your confidence to take action and reinforce the value of your effort.
